Any atheists here anti-abortion ?

And here we have the "Woman? What Woman?" argument. I think that's Bingo.

Maybe, maybe not. Whether the woman exists does not actually affect the answer to this question.

So let's assume, for the sake of argument, there is no woman. Does a baby have a "soul" and the capability to do that at the age of 1 month? Is killing it wrong then?

Consent to sex is not consent to pregnancy any more than consent to driving is consent to a car accident.

The purpose of driving can in no way be said to be to have an accident. But it is consenting to a lot of things. If you do have an accident, you are obligated to stop, even if it is going to inconvenience you.

You do realize that people occasionally have sex for reasons other than "Both of them are deliberately trying to make a baby", don't you?

Yes. But the risk is there. In this hypothetical situation, you are risking the life of another being.

Even in a hypothetical scenario where your body is being parasitized against your will, not by an insensate clump of cells, but by a full conscious, fully legally recognized adult human, you still cannot be legally compelled to acquiesce to this parasitism.

Why not?

You caused the situation where the the human being was dependent upon you. You are the one who caused this situation. And the only way to remove the dependency is by a positive action that will kill the dependent human. We're not talking about simply stopping doing something. You have to make a deliberate choice to do something.
