Have any audio guys engineered at 303 before?

It's been ages since I was there, but from memory I was able to get in late afternoon and get started. The PA was pretty basic, some 8 or 16 input Yamaha mg style mixer with inbuilt fx, a couple of rcf art 300ish plastic speakers in front and another 1 or 2 for foldback, with a handful of sm58's and maybe a di box or 2. I think 2 31 band eq for Foh/foldback. So maybe mono PA? Mixer is at the back of the room via a multicore so if you intend to plug in an 8 channel triangle rig or whatever sus out if there's enough lines di's etc. Perfectly adequate for the room and gigs they have. A 4 channel lighting controller and a few parcans as well. But yea the folks there were friendly, so ringing them would be your best bet.
