Any feedback appreciated! There's lots of areas I want to improve on, particularly textures, hair and clothing. I also feel like some parts of the piece don't match with others style-wise, but can't really tell myself what exactly is off.

looks great! i guess beyond everything else that has been mentioned already i think a texture mistake is the hair; you kind of need to think logically about how hair works. all of the hair grows together at the same time and will all be the same length unless it is manually cut- with the way her hair, the only explanation as to how theres so many clumps of hair at random lengths is that she individually cut every single strand of hair to a different length and generally it just makes no sense (obviously layering is a thing but i still dont think that was your intention lol).

generally with long hair you want to keep the sharp "tips" of hair strands mainly at where any large masses of the hair may end (eg. bangs, excluding flyaways). the best thing to do is to vary the sharpness of the tips to the hair, add flyaways, detail the roots, etc. try to really just move the hair around and show how it would interact or be affected by any objects it is in contact such as bunching up over shoulders or just swirling around other hair strands, things like blowing in the wind- if that makes any sense.
