Any good spies here, would you tear apart my spy gameplay?

Looks like most people aren't giving you any advice. It's true, that pub play is perhaps the worst to review, but I watched about 2:04 minutes worth, and I was surprised at what I saw.

The first issue is that your sensitivity seems to be lacking. I'd strongly recommend a different sensitivity for your knife. You seem to have a hard time tracking and as a result moving appropriately. Just the sheer tunnel vision is out-standing, as demonstrated by that medic/spy choice. You appear to not even try for the medic because you couldn't move the mouse easily enough, or weren't willing to. The mouse movement is demonstrated multiple times though, just watching you walk around the dispenser or that soldier near spawn. You simply fail to move well. It didn't really seem like a prioritization issue. You knew to get the medic, you even tried to look near him, but just wouldn't move to him because of your sensitivity.

Another very strange thing I noticed is that you stay cloaked with IW on your side, in your nest. That's very strange. You even run cloaked to the health, despite being perfectly safe. Actually, if youw eren't safe, cloaking probably wouldn't have saved you against a spam-oriented push into the house's nest. For whatever reason, you were just wasting cloak.

Another issue is when you jumped off the steps, after killing the soldier. You jumped, and cloaked just before you landed. That's a clear mistake. They don't need to see where you land, only to where you jumped to find you. You're clearly playing against people who are new to the game.

Also, I believe you disguised on the front lines. That ruins the disguise, since you don't frequently change your disguise. Well, it would against even a moderately skilled player.

Another problem was trying to lure the medic with medic calls. That is pretty bad as a trick, but even worse when you are right behind the medic. You don't need the medic to turn around when you are right behind them. You just need to walk over to them and stab them. It was as if you were trying to lure the medic to move towards you, instead of moving yourself to the medic. Perhaps that's why you ultimately went for the spy.

A different issue, although less important in pubs, is just how you started the round. You were completely exposed, all because another spy was near you. The more spies near you in pubs is better, as long as they draw the fire, because it creates unwarranted ease/safety. You also had no cloak once the round started. That's also...just strange. It doesn't matter if they see where you are hiding at for the most part. They still have to move out of the chokey spawn, which could take a while. That's a very strange misprioritization of how to spend your cloak/hide. Very confusing to watch.

Also, you did use your gun at an appropriate time, but most of it was because you had no choice. That's good and bad, but ultimately the signs of either a failed plan or no plan at all. So, decide how long you think you can survive that point, and pick a strat that goes with that.

It really hurt just to watch you try to move. You really should practice rotating for stabs with a higher sensitivity on tr_walkways.

So, practice those rotations, think more carefully about how to spend cloak, move/cloak to mispredict your position to the enemy better, think about how you are trying to make the enemy move vs making yourself move, and pick disguises based upon the circumstances and switch them often while cloaked.
