The Tekken series has had a couple over the years. Tekken 7 (the latest/current in series) has a character called Fahkumram who is a Thai Muay Thai fighter. He's my main.

He's fun to play. He's a paid DLC character. I got him for about $5 on sale. He's also one of the strongest characters in the game!

The only thing I wish they would have done with him is make him smaller and more physically representative of a Muay Thai fighter, he's currently a 6"7 monster and one of the larger characters in Tekken 7.
