Any long term success story?

Methylphenidate, dexamphetamine, concerta, strattera, and bupropion have all made appearances in my regime over that time. I'm sure I'm forgetting one or two.

Mostly I take concerta at the moment, but I vary or pause my dose depending on what I'm doing with my day and how long since I've had a break from it.

I find I'm less effective mentally without it in certain ways, but I don't 'jones'.

I guess I'm saying I don't lean on it. By that I mean, I'm a smoker and if I go more than a few hours without one I notice. Stressful activities without smoke brakes are a bad idea. Similarly, I enjoy a few beers after work. Sometimes many days in a row. Once they run out it might be a few weeks before I buy more, whereas one of the guys at work almost gets the DTs if he misses his after work bevvies.
