Trust me I’ve been there. Best thing is to take a day or two off your medicine. Just know that you will feel like yourself again once you allow your brain to reset. If you can’t afford a break during the semester my other tips would be:

-force yourself to eat. It’s hard to do anything (even sleep) when ur malnourished. It sucks but you gotta make sure ur fueling ur body even during ur study sessions and before bed

-workout at night. I like to lift at night around 8-9 pm to get all the weird shit out. Also gives you time to not stare at a screen before bed. Definitely helps especially with the anxiety part.

-laugh at shit. It’s easy to fall into some serious anxiety/depression when all you do it lock in and study all day. Think about funny things or good times you’ve experienced and just smile about it.

-lights out as early as possible. I used to leave my light on up until I wanted to try and sleep but noticed it helps a lot to just turn everything off as early as possible. Get that melatonin flowin sooner

You’re not alone bud and just know you won’t feel this shitty for long and that it’ll be worth it once you get that first big job offer
