Any non-scifi mods for the Cypher System?

It handles fantasy just fine, but it sounds like you are looking for setting material. The Worlds Numberless and Strange book has a few options. That's the thing though, is you can run a game using The Strange material without having world hopping. Just pick one recursion, and that's the world, no translating of any kind has to exist.

Also, the Cypher System is the best, hands down, without challenge, at running settings not specifically designed for it. It may not be very good at running certain settings (steampunk is a little rough, as an example), but the idea of taking a published setting with a different rule-set and converting it is a specialty of the Cypher System. This is because you can literally convert stats for NPCs on the fly as you are reading them. This, to me, is the strongest selling point of the game (I actually don't really care for the idea of "cyphers", and don't even use them in most of my Cypher System games, though I suppose other names wouldn't be as catchy).

If you don't have any of the books yet, I highly recommend the new Cypher System Rulebook. It has the most options designed for Fantasy, and has a nice little section on running fantasy games using the Cypher System. It also has almost every single one of the options from Numenera and The Strange, but presents them in a way conducive to using them for other settings. That said, I ran a traditional Tolkien-esque fantasy setting using the rules for Numenera within a week of its release, and I barely had to change a thing.

Even the Numenera setting doesn't have to be sci fi. All the technology is described as bridging the line between advanced science and magic, just stop describing it as science and it is a weird (but not sciencey) magical setting.

And again, The Strange can be used without using the world hopping. Just run a game in Ardeyn. No translation, no Strange, just Ardeyn.
