PS most DSLR video shooters recommend that you dial down the "in camera sharpening" to it's lowest setting (or thereabouts).

It's easy to ADD sharpening in your editor later, and the "softer look" helps make video footage less like "home video".....

I also use a "neutral" or maybe "portrait" setting and dial down the saturation and contrast a little - again on the basis that is easy to ADD contrast in post, but hard to remove :)

It all depends on your personal prefs and desires I guess :)
