How do you fight a civil war when 4 of the houses on your block are for the red side and 6 are for the blue side?

I genuinely believe most of these people claiming they want to see a civil war think it's going to be more or less they get to go on a killing spree shooting anybody black or Mexican looking and then call it a day. But the problem Is, a civil war especially one in a country as powerful as the US is that many of the supply chains that could fuel an ongoing civil war would almost immediately fall apart in the event of one. Good luck getting guns, medicine, food, water, and shelter when half the country is actively working to prevent that. Most gun toting hicks have no idea how to survive without their nightly fox news and beer, so imagine how hard it would be when most of your "loyal" warriors get all in a frenzy when they realize that committing to kill your fellow countrymen just means everything you know is now at stake. People genuinely wanting a civil war are either immensely stupid, or think they wont actually have to contribute and just get to sit around and watch it all happen.
