Know of any short half-life dopamine antagonists? Had a recent experience with one that made me feel amazing, but the half life is really long.

When you have an anxious feeling, that has a cause. However, clinical anxiety, is like a hyperactive paranoid brain at a very low level... Almost like a very level low level manic issue...

I could see how one of my statements could be viewed as anxiety, the thing about "always feeling like I want to do something".

The reason I didn't view this as anxiety is because it is more ADHD than anything. I find everything so fascinating and am intelligent person as well, so whenever I am "not doing anything", my mind quickly and easily finds something to be excited about. It's not like I'm bouncing off the walls or anything. For instance, I might going hang out with friends, and if we're in-between conversations, my mind might quickly start getting excited about some programming project I was working on the night before. Like something technical related to the project.

I see this more as a form of compulsion/addiction than anything, because if I'm not being rewarded by the immediate moment, my mind can be quick to jump to something that it does deem rewarding.

Does this technically count as anxiety?
