Do any of you still see benefits with still drinking coffee once a week?

The only effect I get from chocolate is from the sugar. I recommend everyone quit sugar and high fructose corn syrup. They are terrible for your brain. Overall brain health is what you want to focus on. The reason you are desiring to quit caffeine is because you have reached a point where your brain is not functioning properly and is somewhat unhealthy. Quit everything: nicotine, marijuana, alcohol, sugar and caffeine.

But when it comes to chocolate, the main stimulant is theobromine which is a vasodilator. It relaxes your blood vessels and increases blood flow and oxygen, whereas caffeine constricts them and reduces blood flow and oxygen to your brain.
