Any tips for actual bicep growth?

People who took steroids and did nothing still looked bigger and got stronger than those who didn't.

They got "bigger" but they did not get stronger than the non steroid exercise group. And by bigger we I mean they put on ~7lbs of water weight and glycogen (something steroids is well documented to cause).

Creatine increases FFM by similar amounts (5-10lbs on average) here are 28 studies that show that. Here are 66 studies that show and increase in strength of 8-12%.

The non exercise steroid participants in this study increased their squats by 19% and bench by 10%. Sure their squat went up by a fair bit more than 12% but their bench didn't.

TLDR: Not exercising and taking Steroids is almost like not exercising and taking Creatine. But just slightly better when it comes to strength.

Start adding in exercise and then you'll start seeing massive gains. But to suggest that someone taking steroids for longer than 10 weeks is going to continue "gaining" FFM and strength comparable to someone who is actually lifting is fucking laughable.

If you need any more proof someone was kind enough to post this thread. And that guy was exercising.
