I had (well, have) the same problem as you with my driver. Slice every single time.

I watched Rick Shiels' playlist on Youtube on how to fix a slice, believe it or not. By the end of my next session at the range I couldn't slice it even if I tried. Instead I had a wild hook, so I had to dial back the changes a bit.

Found I still had a fade going once I got used to the motions, but not a slice.

Spent part of another session slowing my backswing down. I used to take the club back at a ridiculously fast pace, I think it was making me lose my balance a little. Slowed my backswing down and yesterday in my round I hit all but one of my drives dead straight, after not using my driver for 3 entire rounds before that.
