Any tips on how to handle this? HD giving me the runaround with getting my defective GE refrigerator repaired or replaced

So you think that because I bought a $1200 appliance 3 months ago that was defective and I am trying everything possible to get it fixed makes me a douchebag?I'm going to thank you for hopefully getting my problem fixed.I just took a screenshot of this entire thread my printer is printing it out right now.I'm going to put it in a large sealed envelope and write on it with a big Sharpie, "FOR THE MANAGER'S EYES ONLY!" and personally deliver it to the store tomorrow.Thanks for your help.Assholes!edit: Don't worry, I will redact all the Reddit user names on the paper.
