Any word of assault + ruins changes?

I'd have to agree with Prince on this one, if there isn't room to fit a model on there then you literally can't charge them. That's the benefits of certain terrain. If a player can get their models in to a tactically advantageous position preventing you from charging then that player has you pegged. In future games be mindful of your own armies short comings. Like wise no where in the rules I've seen does it state you can't put models on other model's bases, so you could be cheeky and cram your models in that way.

An example of a game I played was where I was able to get a hellblaster squad on the 3rd floor of some ruins about 12" off the ground, a Baal Predetor couldn't shoot me with its turret flamer as I was more than 8" away due to the terrain so I just (over a couple of turns) overcharged and blew the tank away with no casualties. As far as I see it (using the rules) I out manoeuvred my opponent by doing this, they did then get charged by a jump pack squad so swings and round abouts....
