Anybody else just get out of the premier of the Saga of Tanya the Evil movie?

I understand! I watch anime with friends too, and I truly don’t mind conversations during a movie. Like I don’t mind someone screaming “run” during a horror movie. That just mean that the movie is doing a good job immersing the audience. What I don’t think is cool is when someone shouts during a film to get deliberate attention from the audience. For example, during this movie (/s “When Mary Sue is looking at the angel statue after beating Tanya to a pulp, we see the stiletto stick her in the back, and the guy behind me shouted Talk about being stabbed in the back”) it’s not really funny, and pulls you out of the moment. Don’t know if that makes any sense, but maybe this is just the audience that gathers where I go. I love riding the emotional roller coaster with other theatre goers. It’s fun laughing together, getting scared together, and cheering together because it’s a shared experience. It’s just when someone tries to break the experience by drawing attention to themselves that it irks me. Also, if I sound like I’m being an arse, I promise that’s not my intention. Just trying to say that I’m fine with conversations during a movie, I expect that. Just don’t like it when people deliberately draw attention to themselves. Should’ve clarified on my first comment, my bad.
