I’ve been obsessed(limerence) with one for 3+ years. I’ve tried to stop seeing her several times but always came back. I’ve tried seeing other providers(7 after her) but I regretted it every single time wishing I saw the regular instead. And she would often start fights with me after seeing a new girl. Me and her tried to self sabotage a few times. It was like a toxic relationship. Quickly I got tired of the drama and the nagging. After things became stable again I knew I had to do something to fix it. I took a long(2-3 months) break away from her to reset. And it worked. Her bickering finally stopped. Ever since then I try not to see her too regularly. I rather be treated like a king once in a while. Then to be in a toxic relationship.
