Anybody here want children in their heart but not in their head?

I do not want kids at all because I'm afraid of pregnancy and giving birth. I remember first meeting my algebra teacher back in my sophomore of high school, and I was pretty nervous about being around her since she was heavily pregnant with her daughter. Her swollen feet and the unpredictability that she might abruptly break her water in the middle of class worried me. Not to mention, the number of years of dealing with daily crying, tantrums, dirty diapers, spit-up, and lack of sleep. I sometimes feel very sorry for parents whose kids are still in their baby/early childhood years.

Despite not particularly being a fan of babies and young children in real life, I think they're mostly more bearable in cartoons than in real life. But the second they start being obnoxious, I move on to something else. Or if it's one of my favorite shows, I skip the episode they're featured in. Characters like George Pig (ugh... the sound of his cries), Manny Heffley (never liked that jerk), Dil Pickles (his cries are just as bad as George's), and Caillou (mostly the older episodes) rub me the wrong way. However, at least they aren't real kids and you can just turn the TV off when they get too annoying ;)
