Anybody like spinning back kicks?

try to find a way to train technically ... Not this.

Your positioning and angle are important on spinning things, because they don't hit often. You are not going to learn this properly if you are under sparring pressure (or it might take years and chance).

Also when is your opponent to learn to maneuver properly.. He doesn't have the best footwork from the video.

When is he supposed to learn that? Before (when he needs to fear spinning shit) or after the spinning kick?

You can't really "turn down the intensity" of the exchanges that happen in a real fight. You need to find a way to train that stuff, but also in a way that leaves your healthy...

So that in between stuff that is neither technical nor really full contact pressure is going to lack in the skill department and not really prepare your for the pressure in the fight also... But costs health for nothing.
