Has Anyone Done a Vaginal Exam on an unconscious patient [serious]

There are many trauma stories on r/twoxchromosomes about this. Women were not notified, wake up and have lube in their vagina whem the surgery was nowhere near there. Many of them were already rape survivors and it shattered them when someone as trusted as a doctor in their mind roofied them and committed sexual acts on them against their will. We may see it as medical but to them their privates are sexual areas. We may be desensitized but to them you are like one of two people who has ever even seen them naked. Victims of child abuse, women with PTSD, women in abusive relationships, women who are rape survivors they do not care about your education over their months of therapy and setbacks.

I had heard about this and looked into it as well. There were way more metoo stories about this than I realized. It's scary. Above all this can lead to them avoiding any healthcare in the future and create panic even going in to get some antibiotics. We have a ton of disregard for women's bodies in this country and it's shameful.
