Need to threaten them with Threshold. I had to do that years ago. I'm a clean/neat freak so that place was gleaming, I even left the new mats, cushions, lampshades, etc. that I'd bought for that bare-ass house because I knew the next couple that were moving in and I was buying my own home. The bitch landlord decided she wanted to fleece me for my deposit by blaming me for little dings and dents done by previous renters but also wanted to take advantage of my parent's business by getting a load of stuff free if she blamed me... like seriously, I didn't even have kids... some of the damage was clearly from children (markers and shit) in a spare bedroom. Landlords can be right bastards, the mention of Threshold and Revenue got my deposit back.
