Yeah I agree except, obviously in ucd culture the climate is left leaning with some professors being clear extremists. Even tho i agree with the politics, i would feel really uncomfortable as a right-leaning person in this environment. I don’t know how to really fix the problem, i just wish every viewpoint was accepted and respected as reasonable (besides extremists on both sides, though i don’t necessarily think they should be silenced either.

I want to leave college feeling like i’ve encountered thousands of viewpoints on the world and that i’ve filtered through, agreed and and disagreed, and know how to navigate it all. Not just one pre-set path that everyone either agrees on or stays silent and get out of the way of.
