Anyone else feel completely helpless against intentional feeders?

Don't get me wrong I am not going to harass someone for having a bad game that's just silly if he went 2/14 straight up because he was losing lane then I mean I've had those games before, we all have.

What happened was I ganked top and we pushed and grabbed tower, I started going B and he decided he wanted to push I pinged him back and just as I was leaving a Fiora came out of the bush and he flipped on me for finishing my B.

This is the part of the chat log that I have of the incident that triggered him.

LOL DUDE stop you over stayed YOUR mistake cya leave please

When I told him it was his mistake he responded with something like, "I'll show you my mistake," and proceeded to run mid and feed.

But again, I definitely was whining once he started to intentionally feed, but I wouldn't consider that uncalled for or against the rules. Spreading awareness, by letting the enemy team know what he was doing.

This was me spreading awareness, again yeah I said it a lot, but once again do you have the rule that I asked for? I am genuinely curious if one exists against campaigning against people like this because I'll stop.
