Is anyone else happier single but still longs for a relationship?

I don't know about women thinking they're a lesbian because they had numerous guy issues, but I do see a lot of bisexual on dating apps when I used to look. You're absolutely right about having miserable friends who frequently complain about their spouse, ignore my advice, and stay with them. I guess they like headaches (shrug). I don't want to be that guy. One thing that's an instant turn-off for me is when a first date unloads on me how bad her exs' are. I assume it's to reassure themselves that I don't share the same behavior. I immediately tell them "I'm not him" and some get upset. We're here to learn about each other, not vent about our exs'. It makes them look shady and immature. Sure, I've been burned numerous times. That's no reason to view an entire gender as one person. And when someone says I remind them of their ex, I look for the nearest exit.
