Anyone else have a hard time eating below their TDEE in order to lose weight?

Some completely useless advice: As someone who's struggled with severe anorexia, calorie counting tools are useless. No one really understands metabolism, and genetics has a fair amount to do with it. 1800 calories honestly isn't a huge amount, and my guess would be that you've potentially be dieting for a while and your body has semi gone into survival mode. You could try reset it by eating 'normally' for a while, as per your body's natural hunger/fullness queues without counting, and then after a few months see what your weight has done, what your eating patterns are and from there how your body reacts to changing your diet/exercise levels.
