Alright guys, just a heads up on what I'm doing, and I do recommend you do the same. He's still logged on "0 Days Ago", so I have no doubt he is seeing our messages and just ignoring us. I 100% believe that TDH is not a scammer, so let's not go spreading that around, as he is still a reputable vendor in my eyes. I'm all about 2nd chances, and I have never left less than 5/5 feedback. My last order was a small one to try him out, just .25 BTH. Out of the bag, the product I received was .21, which may not seem like, or even be, too big of a deal. But to me, it does not show signs of intentionally shorting the buyer, but probably just general laziness, as in trying to eyeball it, or assuming he's getting .25 into his small bags. We deserve to get exactly what we pay for, not around or about. He also advertises his BTH as, and I quote, "Pure Top Quality Black Tar". Pure black tar is not possible, so it should be taken with a MASSIVE grain of salt to begin with. What I received was not "bunk" by any stretch, but it was pretty trashy/weak and not worth what I paid. I obviously don't have a mass spec at my disposal, but running through the .25 over an 8 hour period, I'd estimate it to be .20-.35 purity. It gets worse, but that's definitely not great. I left him 5/5 anyway, but addresses these concerns in my following order, giving him a chance to make it right. Well, here we are, with clearly zero effort to make his customer happy. I will be changing my review to reflect my true experience, and also am putting the order into resolution as soon as I drop this post. I recommend you guys do the same. As I stated, I do not think TDH is a scammer, but TDH, if you wind up reading this, your customers deserve far better treatment than what you have provided. You are acting in an unprofessional manner, and have lost what could have been a long time consumer, and I hope that the other buyers on this forum follow. I am still open to you making this right, and will happily change my feedback and give you the 2nd chance again, should you communicate to EVERYONE and frankly give us the apology that is now owed. I didn't want it to come to this, and I am not trying to smear your good name. I just haven't been left too much of a choice. I hope to hear from you soon.
