Anyone else kinda stoked about the campaign?

For the first time ever, a campaign is what has me captivated in the release of a Call of Duty title. Not to knock on the multiplayer or zombies; I enjoyed the BETA and am excited for the full release, and zombies looks fun and quirky in it's own right. It's just ... knowing the team behind the campaign, and seeing their early work ... it's hard not to be excited.

For those unaware, when referencing the team, I'm really referring to the dozen or so members of the Naughty Dog team who left the studio to work at Infinity Ward. Most notable; Taylor Kurosaki (Crash Bandicoot, Jack and Daxter, Uncharted 1, 2, and 3) and Jacob Minkoff (Uncharted 2, The Last of Us), have a track record of commercial and critical success. These guys specialize in single player experiences, and do that better than anybody else in the industry. Knock them if you want for the multiplayer BETA we got a taste of, but there's no doubt in my mind that we're in safe hands when it comes to these two and a single-player experience. They've also got a bunch of other Naughty Dog developers who've helped them on previous projects along for the ride, so I'm betting my money on it being a fun one.
