Anyone else on here NOT want to get clean, and think they'll be a lifetime user?

nobody is saying people shouldnt use opioids.. but yes almost any compound when mis-used/abuse or taken in high doses long term can manifest health issues (enlarged heart being one of the main documented... some slower than others so may not be as noticable... there are so many variables, some people are drug vaccums but the thing i noticed was while on the drugs no health issues are noticed but once a person comes off they can start feeling them... im not against anything in OP, im only saying for people to act like putting compounds in your system at high doses can't have some effect on health is ludicrous.. the thing about using chemicals is knowing your own body and what it can take, not to mention what health you are already in (how quickly your body can heal) and what chemicals you are taking and your metabolism/how well your body absorbs.. theres just way too many variables for either of us to be "right"... but there are plenty of articles you can find through google if you want to read up on just what long term high dose chemical you COULD do to someones health..
