All of SDSU’s systems are shit and outdated. This is handled through a third-party, but come on, they had to have known the tickets would be gone in seconds. The tickets retail for $150-$200. The demand is insane, they had to have known this would happen.

Look at the new Handshake system. Again, handled by a third-party, but the issues they’ve had with that (and migrating over from the old/legacy Career Services system) has been a complete shit show. Nothing works. Does anybody even know how to access their SDSU email without going through your Mac/Windows mail app? Nothing works.

I don’t know if we’re cheaping out on vendors, or negotiating shitty contracts, or just have bad luck, but nothing works and it’s been that way for the entire time I’ve been here.
