Is anyone else sick of being patronized? How do people deal with this?

Have you ever been referred to in the third person about something that directly relates to your work or what you’re doing?

Yes, this happens in an office. Third person is often necessary because pronouns get confusing. And they want to talk about things you've done without addressing you directly.

Have you had your boss talk to your coworker about a mistake you made instead of you when you were just a few feet away?

Yes, this happens in an office. "Katie didn't order the correct type of cheese, can you fix and order the case of Gouda?" Also, you appear to have a high degree of rejection sensitivity. Mistakes don't always equal problematic. Someone fixing your error, even with a frustrated boss, doesn't mean you were bad. It just means they want someone else to fix the error. If your work was so serious or so poor it actually mattered for you to know enough to fix the mistake, you would be told to fix it. It's 2023. No company is hanging on to dead weight to prove a point.

People can be higher or lower on it, not all ND people are treated the same.

Thats because they don't treat everyone the same, period. Which is why I suggest in person help.

Every NT is ALSO treated differently. Everyone is judged, and everyone lives accordingly.

It isn't dismissive, it's reality. I've worked in small groups, I've worked in large groups, and the last thing I am advocating is bootstrapism. What I am encouraging is a change in perspective because as a coworker (to 3 to 200+ people) and a manager (4-12 people) and and advisor (1000+ students over the years) including to those with special needs I've very rarely met someone who was so incompetent that people hated them. What is far, far more common is that people were rejection sensitive, had main character syndrome and a narrative in their head that didn't match reality.

Being talked down to often comes down to a mix of frustration of the speaker and the defensiveness of the recipient.

It is true that you could have a totally awful workplace with evil people. However it is more likely you have a standard workplace with standard people trying to do their job and get paid and go home. Maybe some are working to get a promotion so they can get a bit more shitty wages. But their extra work doesn't mean everyone needs to do more.
