Anyone else think Syll was meant to bond with Tien and not Kaladin?

Sorry i want to tack onto this again because i don’t think i explained it. I think the bond has some kinda substance or something in the spiritual realm and that is what is being explained here more than anything. For instance look at Shallan and her story in WoR. She was bonding pattern before her family fell to ruin or any of that i mean she was a child, she is not actually radiant when she pulls out pattern and kills her mother, that event actually led to her caring for her family while it collapses inside out and made her radiant. But the bond still existed before that. I think the souls of Kaladin and Shallan were made or formed while knowing they would become radiant. So i think the intent here is is Kaladin a good spearman because of the bond? Or was he inherently a good spearman because his soul was made with the bond already there? He was always destined to bond Syl and that part of his soul that made him fit to bond her was also what made him a natural at fighting and when it comes to heights
