Anyone else used to be able to eat whatever without paying attention and never gain weight, and then that suddenly changed?

Idk, you're the one that said it. I'm honestly curious how a diet of mostly whole foods, made up of vegetables, fruit, legumes, grains, and a bit of (unprocessed) can be improved upon that much. Like.. it's real food, and the mediterranean diet (which mostly describes mine, is considered be one of the healthiest ways of eating. Even in countries who generally have less junk filled diets than Americans, they still mostly eat combinations of those same foods. But you can go ahead and tell me how it's better if you want. And at least here, I couldn't name one person I know that eats like I do, I'm always the one turning down pizza, pasta, being the only one not getting takeout with everyone else, etc
