Anyone else very ‘literal’?

as much as I want to deny it...its become a habit of mine to play dumb sometimes. It has almost become an impulse, even when I do know it's a joke or know the answer, I'm so used to being that dumb friend, I might as well just entertain it and hopefully get some laughs. If anything, it gives the other person an ego boost more than it hurts my ego because I know that I know but I'm going to give them the benefit of doubt.

I understand that playing dumb does come off as annoying sometimes, and in those situations, I wish I could superglue my mouth together and dissolve into the ground. But in moderation, playing dumb or asking stupid questions may work in your favor.

(lol I don't think my comment is super related, it became more of a self reflection so take it as u will)
