Some ideas (though I'm a noob):

You have a very mediocre amount of ES with no notable sustain, I'd consider dropping it entirely in favor of a Eldritch Battery setup, freeing the 4 points you have invested into the otherwise useless Arcane Capacitor wheel, as well as Clarity reservation (can fit in a Defiance Banner maybe?). You can also run the "Defend with 120% armor while not on low ES" mastery.

Dunno if it's a PoB bug or something, but it looks like you don't have Elemental Overload allocated.

CB immune Energized Armors are pretty cheap (50c or so?)

The "Heart of Flame" wheel is pretty bad on ignite builds, as you gain no benefit from the penetration. Consider dropping it for another medium cluster.

Seeing as how you already have good chaos resistance, you could toss in a Born of Chaos small cluster and run Divine Flesh.
