Has anyone gotten banned for 'gifting' items/NP...

You know now that you mention it, I'd have to look in on if it is a group or single entity. With the memory of entire guilds being frozen this does make sense. TBH the rules trip me up sometimes and December marked the 14th year of my playing the game. There have been so many rules, and so many changes, it's impossible to keep up with them all. I know there has to be something more than the editorials to answer these questions, but I've no clue where to find it. I depend a lot on this sub for people to whip out editorial-fu and explain a weird/vague rule. There's got to be a better way.

And I want you to know I never once considered using flare gun because I thought it would be lame. I feel like a moron. I'd be playing like 'Flares, pshaw BURN BITCHES!'. I think I might smoke a little too much pot, because thinking it was an actual flare gun makes me feel kind of stupid now. -_- I was like, "What am I going to do with burning sticks?"

Do you play a lot of Valve games? They have been dropping hints, more major than usual, that L4D3 and perhaps Half-Life 3 are in the works. I'm a little disappointed it looks like it'll be a hella long wait for Portal 3, but at least they've decided to break their habit of never making a trilogy EVER. If I sound bitter, it's because I am. And I might be in the minority but I think Portal 3 should be their priority project. It's more stunningly brilliant and immersive than any of their other games. So much so that the silent protag gimmick they use doesn't even bother you.

Sorry if I'm rambling, I can talk video games all day. I picked up my first controller when I was four, got addicted to Duck Hunt and Mario, and it was pretty much over. Lmao by the time I was 6 I could get every Chaos Emerald on Sonic for Sega Genesis and just cornhole the shit out of Dr. Robotnik with all my shining, majestic, gold hedgehog glory. I also had the incredible privilege of being able to play the 3D0 and that machine, for all of its faults, was pretty ahead of its time. It could do a lot of stuff that nintendos and segas couldn't. Like it was one of the first consoles I ever picked up where you could view your surroundings in a full 360 degrees and even move backwards. That was a big deal when I was a kid. I was born in the 80's lmao.
