I don't know if you are interested in my input because I am not black (and I respect that) but my ex is black and intersex and has PCOS. Definitely had the lower voice, excess body hair, but wasn't what overweight though they did carry what extra weight (minimal) they had in their stomach. Was more ripped than anything and didn't have to try for it. Very well developed shoulders and back muscles. Did prefer to identify as intersex as opposed to trans mostly due the pressure from family "to be girly" but found out a few years ago about some complications at birth that had enormous implications of the feelings to be something other than was decided for "her" at such a young age.
