Has anyone here won any competition on Wavo? What do the judges seek for in a winning track?

I got the third place in a wavo remix competition recently. People above are saying you should try staying in the same genre or keep a similar vibe to make the song appealing to the judges. Personally, I don't think this is true. My remix was really different to the original and almost 20 bpm faster. Just do what you're good at and what you like, that's my opinion. I was messaged by the original artist himself and he told me he liked how I changed the whole vibe in the track. So sometimes doing something different than others helps to stand out I guess. People are complaining that they got the most votes but these votes aren't that important, people can just share and spam everyone or even buy some sort of boost from wavo.. doesn't mean it's quality. At the end I got the third place even though I was ranked around place 50 by votes. I didn't share my remix as I honestly wasn't satisfied with my project and didn't think a minute about winning. Also, I think none of the other winners were ranked high by votes.
