Anyone here work at the Amazon fulfillment center in Smyrna? What are your experiences?

Man, two years ago I'd commissioned a Game of Thrones costume from an Italian seamstress, to wear at a Medieval Times wedding a friend was having on New Year's Day. $400 later, the woman in Italy ships it on the 26th of December. It arrives at the Smyrna facility at 2pm on the 30th, and I had my roommate stay home while I sped up there on a Friday afternoon, just in case being there in person would help.

I brought cash for bribes.

They shrugged because, duh, the facility is huge and has like 50 trucks there, and they're not going to unload one just to get my single package.

They never got around to unloading it, and they closed at 6, then stayed closed until January 2nd. My package arrived at 8am the day after the wedding.

Almost totally unrelated to you, but I'm still annoyed and had to vent.
