the metal i like is straight forward and not full of nuance, i find i have issues with sensory nuance and a lot going on at the same time because one picks up so much ( which can sometimes be nice when the a lot going on and nuance does certain things one sees as positive, i would say there is the positive and the negative there ), also i love straightforward strong energy, which can seem incredibly invigorating, to a large degree. my experience with Se is taking so much in, it would be interesting to read studies of different types ( and it doesn´t have to be mbti ) and their different nervous systems, how much people pick up on average vs outliers. i think a lot is about quantity of information processing and how it is processed and what differences there are between people. i feel like i pick up a lot of junk & that somehow has to be processed. it is like an information overload. strong energy is not always information overload, especially not when easily identifiable.
