Anyone managed a refund on PS4?

I submitted a refund request on the website:

"Hi, directed here from Twitter support.

I believe Star Wars Battlefront 2 is faulty. It launched with an admittedly flawed (EA/Dice) progression system on release (why am I beta testing this xD?) and very laggy (even after patch) servers and stuttering gameplay (galactic assault) on both of my PlayStations (original and Pro). Also, Heroes vs Villains, Strike and Blast game modes are plagued with AFK players due to the progression system. Also, whilst microtransactions aren't in the game yet, they are expected to return and play a part of the progression system, which I believe is pay to win and too similar to gambling.

Can I please get a refund? Thanks. PSN: Josiah-Lightwood
