The roommate is very chill and tidy. East Quad itself is a sweet place to live, right in the middle of campus and there are even a lot of classes offered in the building. Also has its own dining hall, a Java Blu cafe open til 1am most nights, the Keene Theater where a lot of performances are held, and tons of music practice rooms, study spaces, and even spare classrooms that can be used at night. I forgot to mention but the person who takes the contract must be male. Hopefully that’s the case here. I’m trying to move off campus for the winter. I already have a living situation arranged, though, so we could make the deal even sooner. Thanks again.
