Have anyone noticed a massive drop off in Support quality of service over the past year or so?

Every Apple support I have ever deal with was a total nightmare. I have never had anything replaced with no hassle. If something was replaced free of charge is only thanks to my assertiveness and pushy character. Their live chat support is beyond any criticism, they literally spend hours of your time transferring you to a different departments numerous times with no avail or resolution. I remember I have contacted them twice via chat regarding iphone and iwatch issues, both times same story. Ended up “we will contact you once we figure out the resolution within 3 business days”. iPhone has been fixed by finding right user forum. Ridiculous how regular users aware about some particular issue than apple tech support. Same thing with iwatch, I simply somehow managed to fix it myself after 1.30 hours of useless chat.
