Has anyone purchased a Nexus 6P from Best Buy? Nothing but issues here.

First of all, I'm sorry that happened to you and you've had not only issues with the phone but with us as well. Any employee would've (well that's what we're trained to do, at least) attempted to fix the situation, not essentially tell you to take your business elsewhere. I'm also sorry you've had a bad experience with what just seems like an employee who was lazy/didn't know what they were doing.

No employee should have ever told you that. If they were planning on replacing the device, there's a ton of ways for us to get a customer a new one inside of a few days. I seriously doubt every store in the district, the district warehouse, AND BestBuy.com were all out of stock on the 6P.

I'm sorry that you've had to deal with this, but please don't let it hurt your opinion of all Best Buy employees. Our goal is not to fuck you over, and it's not to intentionally complicate things. There's a lot of really good people that work here and do their job well, but I promise it's not all of us.

As for the Google phone, you have a 14 day return window so don't freak out quite yet. We can work this out. If there's anything I can do to help, PM me and we'll see what we can do.
