Going from “the most stable relationship” to “toxic, abusive, stalker” is also exactly what I’ve gone through and I cannot express how much I know that hurts. I’m sorry you’re also experiencing this. I totally agree that this will all fade once your ex finds someone else to call “toxic” - even though it’s hard to believe, I know it’s likely the case for mine too. Good on you for asking your friends to stop sending you things too. That’s also super helpful advice - now that I think about it he was always the “victim” in some way, it was just framed as “but I’m sure I was also toxic in some way” with 0 actual accountability.
