Anyone tried deleting data from Intuit?

No it sure if it’s the same thing but I went through two months of BS with them trying to delete my account. There was no delete button where it was supposed to be and after a half dozen calls with clueless CA reps and being passed back and forth between different companies, someone finally figure it out. They did a site update and some users couldn’t access the delete account function. Everything had to be done manually. They then wanted me to send a scan of my passport and a bunch of other information. This all while I was trying to delete my account BECAUSE I didn’t want them having my info any more. I refused and it took another half dozen calls and eventually me screaming at someone to make it happen.

So long story short, yes they want more of your info to delete your info and it will take getting very angry at someone to get around that. I’ll never use another of their services again.
