Has anyone used Eurostar to travel to and from Paris and London everyday?

I used to do it frequently.

The main obstacle nowadays is the price. My employer used to pay, but if yours didn't you'd be looking at £100+ per trip.

I found it easy to work on the train (in business) so the journey wasn't wasted time for me, but whether you'd be able to work in economy surrounded by boozy tourists and screaming kids is another question.

Your better option would be to learn French. Regardless of your employment situation, you will never make real friends or gain all the benefits of living in Paris otherwise. Try to picture having (right now) a French colleague or neighbour who didn't speak English, and think about how you and your other colleagues/neighbours would treat them, because that's what it would be for you in Paris without language skills.
