Anyone know what the story is with "The Bicycle Outpost" bicycle shop?

I'm wondering the same thing I'm just now reading through this thread. I just purchased a 2018 Yeti sb100 with a missing chain even the hose to the dropper was cut in front. the photos showed a lot of paint chips but then after the fact they're telling me that it might have a crack and the carbon but they've already shipped it out. I asked them about insurance and they told me that they only pay $100 for insurance for a bike that you just gave them $4,000 for. Some stuff still seems a bit fishy about this place. I've done business with the pros closet for decades now and so I actually asked them in one of my communications if they were related to them and they didn't comment back and response to that question. I'm now wondering if I made a big mistake. earlier on I had asked for a photo of the serial numbers from the bottom because I wanted to make sure whether it was a 2018 or 2019 model and they didn't send me the photos but wrote These numbers for both the front and rear triangle in the communications which could have came off of any other yeti sb100 bike. The pros closet actually sells a lot of bikes that have the damages repaired by a local carbon shop that they promote. What I found interesting is that the same business is promoting this very same shop quoting prices for estimates this is why I messaged them asking them if they were related to the pros closet. I never really correlated that the picture of the bike was in front of a storage unit door it sort of looked like a garage door so I never put two and two together.
