it's also the lore, the level design, the exploring

I really wish I could enjoy it like others. The lore is so vague and hidden so while it is cool, it's not strong enough in the game to force myself to play.

The level design in the soulsbourne games never interested me other than Sekiro. Sekiro had a cool world but I never cared much for dark gothic settings or lord of the rings fantasy settings.

My problem with exploration is that 10 times out of 10, exploration leads to combat. I know you can just run past all enemies but than you cannot really explore thoroughly if you are constantly sprinting.

I respect what Soulsbourne games are trying to do, but they are just not for me. I will just stick to games like Gravity Rush, Crash Bandicoot, Mass Effect, Max Payne and Final Fantasy for now.
