Exactly. Your own motivation is worth so much more than money. That would be my main advice. Specifically look up tv and movies and web shows that you like, research the crew, contact them on social media, email etc. If u can make a visit to a big city that has a few of the people u want to talk to, do so. Offer to stop by to drop off a coffee, or take them out for a quick lunch. Now a 15 year old is not gonna be able to get Spielberg to go out for Wendy's but a grown adult with a bit of tact can probably get some producers on lower budget stuff to give them a few mins of their time. I did this a few times in my early 20s and ended up working for 15 years for a fairly large tv network, so it can work. X
